Web Developer Need!

The Design Factory is looking for a experienced web developer to assist with our growing list of projects. We are seeking a front-end developer to develop and implement designs for a variety of different project from web sites to HTML email campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

CSS/HTML production of webpage layouts from mockups
Develop clean front-end code for range of projects, including web sites, landing pages, and emails
Work with internal teams, external back-end developer and client to ensure technology requirements are established and followed
Manage your progress on project deliverables against project timelines, balancing overlapping project schedules

Required Skills:

2+ Agency Experience
Solid in front-end development; XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript Testing code across multiple browsers, platforms, etc.
Optimizing web sites for search engines and end users
Experience with PHP and MySQL are a plus
Solid communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to multi-task and take initiative
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, dependability and solid work ethic
